Return Eligibility

You can return unused, unworn shoes with original packaging within 30 days after you receive your parcel. Items with stains, wear marks or damaged packaging cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team to apply for a return authorization.
2. Securely repack the item and send it back following our return instructions.
3. We will inspect the returned product after receiving it.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item passes inspection, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The arrival time of the refund depends on your payment provider’s processing speed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when you receive defective items or wrong products from us.
